Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy sets the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct for all our employees, as well as our suppliers, vendors and partners we work with.

It articulates our behaviour as a company. It codifies the principles that we live by. And it entrenches the values that define us as a responsible corporate citizen.

It is a behavioural roadmap that we expect every employee to follow strictly, both in the letter and spirit of the code, in all their professional dealings and interactions internally and externally. This includes, among other best practices, a whistle blowing policy and channels to report non-compliant practices, actions and behaviours in the organisation.

Also, as part of instilling good corporate governance among staff, we have incorporated the following values as part of our behaviour: Accountability; Responsibility; Reliability; Integrity; Credibility.

A robust organisation culture, good systems, processes and procedures – they all form the bedrock of good corporate governance. Together, they help us mitigate risks. Good corporate governance reinforces our integrity and corporate reputation. That will in turn enable us to build trust and respect internally and with our suppliers, vendors, customers, partners, regulatory authorities and governments.
